Natural MedTech has partnered with Heng Chooi at the University of Western Australia and his research team to develop novel eco-friendly bioproduction methods to produce psychedelics and precursors. The company has also partnered with Sanjay Garg and his team at the University of South Australia’s Pharmaceutical Innovation and Development Group (PIDG) to deliver customised R&D solutions to fulfil their product development requirements from preformulation, and formulation, manufacturing (at pilot scale) to technology transfer.

Natural MedTech was recently awarded funding from CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency, to further explore the psychoactive properties of plants and fungi for medical use.
