The Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) is a 24-item, self-rated scale used to assess how social anxiety plays a role in one’s life across a variety of situations. The LSAS assesses both social anxiety in situations as well as avoidance of those situations. Each item is rated from 0 to 3, with 3 indicating a more severe impact.
