Addiction Severity Index

The Addiction Severity Index (ASI) assess seven main aspects of a persons behaviour and environment including; medical status, psychiatric status and drug use. The ASI is a questionnaire that is administered by a medical professional. The questionnaire takes approximately one hour to complete and is used in a range of settings such as mental health facilities, prisons and psychiatric wards.
