The Recíproco Method is an integrative framework, taught as a cohort-based online course, focusing on integration before, during, and after an experience.
The course will teach you: Integration fundamentals and to understand key theoretical principles of psychedelic integration, learn the fundamentals of our unique Recíproco Method and its embodied application. Develop skills for providing reciprocal, integrative care using somatic, emotional, cognitive, and transpersonal techniques. Explore the influence of traditional wisdom on integration. Acquire various practical tools for practising integration and embodiment practices to support integration. Learn introductory neuroscience of altered states and integration. And broaden your understanding of the ethical and legal considerations of working with altered states.

This course is for professionals supporting those exploring altered states of consciousness, both substance and non-substance-induced. Professionals include clinicians, mental health professionals, facilitators, space holders, coaches, and therapists, but also professionals from diverse disciplines such as breathwork, acupuncture, massage therapy, somatics & and embodiment, dance, and sound therapy. This course is also suitable for Motivated individuals who want to learn about psychedelic integration for themselves and apply it to their own journeys.
