Be HERD are currently leading a two-year citizen’s driven ballot initiative in California focused on creating funds for medical therapies, research, and cures using psychedelic medicines called TREAT (Treatments, Research, Education, Access, and Therapies). 

With this initiative, the foundation aims to create the California Health Institute for Mental Health and Expanded Wellbeing (CHIME) agency and provide $3B funds for medical treatments, research, education, access, and therapies using psychedelic medicines.
