The primary goal of this proposal is to test naltrexone plus repeated ketamine treatment for major depressive disorder and alcohol use disorder in an open-label trial.

Measures Used

Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale
A ten-item diagnostic questionnaire used to measure the severity of depressive symptoms in patients with mood disorders.
