Blossom Update – October 2023

It’s been quite a few months since the last update (May). Blossom has continued to expand in that time, with us now having full summaries of nearly 2000 research articles. When we hit this milestone (probably mid November), I will make a bit of a splash around it.

Besides working on Blossom full-time, I have now restarted psychedelic-assisted coaching with my fiancee. We are doing this under the banner of FLO coaching and aim to focus on providing excellent preparation and integration around the safe container of the psychedelic session itself.

Blossom’s Metrics

The Bloom Subscribers: 2495 (up from 2086 in May, 54% open rate)

Paying Members: 10 (+2; €150+ p/m; also gave the option for one-time payment which is being used 3+x p/m)

Revenue from PsychedelicsCourse: €150 (estimate per month)

Traffic Blossom: 8.1k users (down from 8.7k in April, 28 days)

Milestones for October 2023

These are some of the things I’m likely to work on:

• Find a director for psychedelicscourses.com (to help keep everything up-to-date and expand the operation)
  • And make tools such as a quiz to help people discover the course that fits them
• Keep updating the older summaries so they are of the right quality
• Revamp the reports and provide downloads for members
  • Add an examine.com-like effect matrix on the report pages
• Provide information on who-is-who and what each research centre is working on
• Update the Originals database (mostly complete, but still needs some re-analyses to be added)
• Go live with the new interface (chatBlossom – if feasible with a partner)
