Spreading Depolarization and Ketamine Suppression

To demonstrate, in a group of patients with acute severe brain injury requiring surgery including traumatic brain injury and aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, whether use of continuous infusion of ketamine decreases frequency of occurrence of cortical spreading depolarizations.
