Benjamin ‘Ben’ K. de Loenen is the founder and executive director of the International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research & Service (ICEERS).
From his LinkedIn: “In 2006 he got introduced to the phenomenon of indigenous ceremonial practice from the Amazon region with Ayahuasca and started investigating this theme for the next few years, which, together with his Ibogaine related activities set the foundation for the non-profit organization ICEERS – International Center for Ethnobotanical Education Research and Service which he founded in 2009. The goal is to bring together audiovisual media, grassroots distribution and web 2.0 with the ancient ethnobotanical knowledge and modern therapeutic practice.”
