Borealis Psychedelic Science Summit 2025

The Borealis Psychedelic Science Summit 2025 will take place from 26 to 27 September 2025. Organised by the Swedish Network for Psychedelic Science and backed by partners including Norrsken Mind and the Huxley Foundation, the summit convenes hundreds of researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and biotech founders determined to translate psychedelic breakthroughs into everyday mental health care.

The faculty blends hard neuroscience with frontline therapy: David Nutt, Julie Holland, Maria Beckman, Paul Liknaitzky, Josh Hardman, Leor Roseman, Guy Goodwin and Suresh Muthukumaraswamy headline a roster of more than twenty talks that probe trial design, regulatory strategy and cultural context for psilocybin, MDMA, LSD, DMT and ketamine.

Throughout the main programme, delegates swap insights over Swedish fika, present poster abstracts, watch a screening of “Psychedelics: Stepping into the Unknown” with Liknaitzky, and close the gathering at the official House Blivande after-party, forging the cross-sector alliances to accelerate safe clinical adoption across the Nordic region and beyond.
