The Third Wave was established as a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) to balance the need to scale through profits with the vision to bring about meaningful change and is led by Paul F. Austin, the founder & CEO who established the company in 2015.

He’s dedicated himself to changing the culture and conversation around psychedelics and drawing on his own early experience with LSD and psilocybin mushrooms, Paul’s personal mission is to help legitimize psychedelic substances through the lens of intentional and responsible use, beginning at a microdose level.
