Psychedelic Society

The Psychedelic Society is a non-profit in the UK that organizes many events around the psychedelics experience in the widest sense possible.

They state their mission as follows: “We believe that the conscious use of psychedelics can help create a more compassionate and joyful world.” and “We exist to reinstate the public understanding of and access to psychedelics in the UK and beyond.

Next to retreats (see below) they organize community events and campaign for access (i.e. reschedule psilocybin in the UK).

In July 2020 they reorganized and Dandelion Collective became the parent organization.

The events are almost organized daily and include the following:

  • Psychedelics Women’s Circle
  • Body Churn
  • Full Moon Release
  • Songs of the Heart Cacao Ceremony
  • Wild and Raw Relating

All are related to the ‘psychedelics lifestyle’, but none (in the UK) include the use of psychedelics directly.

The Psychedelics Society has its own space (Homerton) where most of the events are held and which can be rented.

Retreats

The Psychedelics Society organizes retreats in The Netherlands. The costs are based on income level (self-reported) and range from €760 to €2300.

The standard dosage is about 30mg of psilocybin (30g of fresh truffles).

The retreats will be rebranded to Alalaho.
