The OPEN Foundation is a Dutch NGO that organizes ICPR every two years. The aim of the organisation is to advance psychedelic research and (eventually) integrate it into regular mental health care.

History
The OPEN Foundation (Stichting OPEN in Dutch) was founded in 2007 and has since organized five conferences, with a sixth taking place this fall.
