PhilaDelic Forum 2025

The PhilaDelic Forum, scheduled for November 22nd, 2025, discusses the transdisciplinary frontiers of psychedelic studies. Organised by the Penn Psychedelics Collaborative at the University of Pennsylvania, this one-day event brings together leading scientists, clinicians, policymakers, and industry professionals to examine the evolving landscape of psychedelic therapeutics and their integration into healthcare systems.

The conference program is structured to address critical aspects of psychedelic medicine development and implementation. Beginning with morning sessions on basic and translational science focusing on psilocybin, ketamine, and ibogaine, the forum grounds itself in rigorous scientific evidence. The agenda progresses through essential topics, including GMP manufacturing standards, legal frameworks drawing from Oregon, Colorado, and New Jersey’s regulatory models, and clinical care delivery systems from various countries. Afternoon sessions explore public sector integration strategies, economic models, and reimbursement structures, and culminate with a patient panel sharing lived experiences of treatment journeys.

A highlight of the event is the keynote interview at 5:00 PM with W. Bryan Hubbard, CEO of Americans for Ibogaine, who will outline the strategic roadmap behind Texas’s $50 million ibogaine rollout initiative. This presentation offers valuable insights into scalable adoption models for psychedelic therapies. The conference also features an innovative theatrical demonstration portraying the patient journey through psychedelic therapy, designed to make the science accessible and tangible for policymakers and stakeholders.
