The company aims to innovate standardized pathways and provide proven alternative pharmacological solutions for improved wellness outcomes by transforming mental health and addiction treatments through the integration of psychedelic medicines and therapies into a medical home care model.

Levitee currently operates five addiction and pain management clinics within Alberta through ACT Medical Centres. The company has also acquired three pharmacies in Alberta specialized in filling prescriptions for patients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and chronic pain. Additionally, Levitee has a number of subsidiaries operating within the health food and wellness space including; MONKE Nutraceuticals, Ojio, Earth Shift, Earth Circel Organics and Sporeo Supply.

In February 2021, Levitee announced the closure of a heavily oversubscribed private placement for a total of U$8.33 million. More recently, per Crunchbase, the company raised a total of U$2.36 million over 1 round of funding. This was a Post-IPO Equity round raised on Jan 18, 2022.
