Eric Vermetten is Professor of Medical-Biological and Psychiatric Aspects of Psychotrauma at the University of Leiden. He is of the Dutch Military Mental Health Research division focusing on the acquisition and coordination of research projects on the advancement of knowledge in stress and trauma-related disorders such as PTSD.
