The Symptoms of Depression Questionnaire (SDQ) is a 44-item, self-report scale designed to measure the severity of symptoms across several subtypes of depression. These symptoms include irritability, anger attacks, and anxiety symptom. The 43 SDQ items are rated on a 6-point scale.
