Footsteps

Footsteps is a 6-week online course that integrates one specific psychedelic experience. Participants will go through a structured process to reconnect with the experience, identify and embody the insights gained, and apply them to real-life changes. The course consists of 2 sessions per week (live session + peer group), each lasting 1.5 hours.

The main goal of Footsteps is to help individuals explore and understand the connections between their life and psychedelic experiences. It is designed to make a transformative impact on one’s life by enabling one to draw meaningful changes from the experience. Footsteps is suitable for individuals who have returned from a retreat or guided session and want to keep working with their experience, those who want to learn more about integration and build it into a life practice, and those looking for connection and growth. The course provides an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals through group work and peer group meetings.

Facilitators for the course include Patrick Wentorp, Victor Jivanescu, and Hannah de Waal, who bring expertise in breathwork and integration facilitation. The course comprises six live webinars, practical exercises, integration tools, and group work. It is offered multiple times per year.
