The Evolute Institute summoned a strong team of experienced facilitators, leadership coaches, as well as clinical experts and psycho-spiritual guides to bring a series of scientifically informed and wisdom-inspired personal development approaches to leaders in Europe. Their flagship program EvoLEAD is a 3-month psychedelic development program for decision-makers, including a 4-day retreat in the Netherlands.

The Company

The Evolute Institute was born out of the vision of a world where each person, particularly those in positions of leadership and influence, has the insight, competence, and courage to bring their unique gift to the world. Where leaders proactively engage in opportunities for personal maturation to connect more deeply with their innermost purpose, realizing and embracing the full scope of their potential and responsibility (response-ability).

We provide leaders with the environment they need to embark on an empowering and demanding journey of self-exploration safely. The Retreat

EVOLEAD is a 4-day immersive personal and leadership development retreat designed for leaders, decision-makers and entrepreneurs. It includes a 3-week preparation and 2-month aftercare phase with multiple virtual group and individual coaching sessions.
